MEET ANNE MARIE LEWIS
SOVAS Award-Nominated Audiobook Narrator
Anne Marie Lewis draws from a deep knowledge of the classics, facility with languages and dialects, her Filipino-Irish heritage and over 25 years performing onstage when she brings books to audio life. What genres does she love?Mysteries/thrillers, historical fiction and nonfiction, and anything “math-and-sciency” in either fiction or nonfiction. Outside the booth, Anne Marie battles invasive plant species in her garden, cheers on her athlete sons, sings weddings and funerals, enjoys Japanese cuisine (even natto!), and is writing a cozy mystery based on her days touring the UK with an opera company. Anne Marie frequently shares her knowledge of audiobook narration and production at writers’ conferences, on podcasts and in journals. She serves on the Education Team with Professional Audiobook Narrators Association (PANA) and is a member of the Audio Publishing Association (APA), Sisters in Crime and Mystery Writers of America.
